MYDELs work has constantly been enriched by our volunteers from AIESEC, UPA, UVP and local universities/institutions within the past years. If you are interested in supporting us with your own commitment, ideas and skills, feel warmly welcome to contact us any time!

At the moment a helping hand would be usefull at the children's centre and computerclass.

Children's centre: currently, we have few teachers and any one who can teach lower classes ie from Primary one to four. the age of the kids are between 5-14. Which class/age you will be teaching is totally depending on your own interest. Subject can differ from mathematics, english, social studies, religion, sports, drawing, music and science among others. Of course your own talent, like sports, dancing, playing a music instruments is always welcome and able to share with our children. If you are handyman there is always some work to do.

Computerclass: at the moment we only have one teacher for the computerclass, who teaches 6 days in the week. We appreciate his dedication to the project, but at the same time we realise the need to relieve him. If you have basic skills with computers like: word, excel, internet you will already be of a great importance to the project. As the level of computerskills in Uganda is still low, compared to western countries, you do not have to be a computer expert to help out.

Of course you don't have to choose for one project, it is also possible to combine them for diversity of work. You can be involved in the whole MYDEL familly. It is totally up to you.
